1. The photo video service

AI Dance Videos creates original AI-generated video scenes from a consented adult photo and a prompt shot list. Upload only your own photo or a photo of an adult who gave explicit consent. No celebrities, public figures, minors, audio or video inputs are accepted. Generation follows safety approval; checkout remains paused.

When enabled, fal Flux Kontext creates first frames and Kling 2.5 Turbo animates each still image using prompts. New scenes are trimmed and joined silently. No existing footage is used. Results can vary; we do not guarantee exact identity, exclusive copyright or approval of every output. Human input, frame and final output review is mandatory.

2. Acceptable use and consent

Our Content Policy forms part of these Terms and applies to prompts, presets, video requests, stored results and service use. It explicitly prohibits all adult sexual/NSFW content, violence/gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content, unauthorized real-person impersonation or abusive synthetic likenesses, non-consensual intimate imagery, and copyright/trademark infringement. These restrictions apply to fictional material and attempts as well as completed content. Consent does not permit prohibited sexual or abusive content.

Only consenting adult subjects are permitted. No impersonation, celebrities, public figures, minors, protected characters or unauthorized trademarks. Never replace faces into existing videos, evade safety checks, deceive viewers, attack the service or use another person's account. All delivered videos are labeled AI-generated. Do not remove this disclosure or misrepresent them as real recordings. We may block requests, withhold or remove violating media, pause affected generation and restrict abusive service access after review. Reports and appeals go to support@aidancevideos.com.

3. Credits and purchases

USD packs remain Starter: $5.99 for 40 credits; Popular: $15.99 for 100 credits; Creator: $34.99 for 240 credits. Purchases are one-time, with no recurring subscription. Purchased credits never expire. Taxes and the final payable amount, if applicable, appear at checkout. Checkout is currently disabled.

Generation costs 12 credits per finished video. The price is displayed in the quote before submission. Video generation is currently paused; no generation charge is active. Quotes expire after ten minutes. Submission reserves credits; credits are consumed only after an output passes review and is approved for delivery. Confirmed failures, rejected outputs and unresolved tasks closed after 24 hours release the reservation. Uncertain provider requests are not automatically submitted again.

Waffo handles purchases under its buyer terms when configured. We do not store complete payment card numbers. Credits are granted only after a verified successful payment notification, not a return visit to the site. Contact support about uncertain payment status before purchasing again.

4. Safety review and rights

Prompts undergo server-side moderation. Uploaded photos require human age, public-figure and nudity review before paid calls. First frames require identity and safety review; final outputs remain private until a human approves safety and consent. Rejected content is not delivered. A safety block is not a guarantee that all unsafe language is automatically detected.

You retain rights you lawfully hold in submitted photos and text and confirm the subject's explicit consent. You authorize necessary processing by our service providers. Shot templates grant no rights to third-party characters, music, branding or identities. Comply with applicable rights and provider terms before publishing.

5. Retention, deletion and refunds

Prepared media and completed video files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, subject to active-task protection and necessary legal retention. Download approved results you want to retain. Deletion does not erase required accounting records or expire purchased credits. Rejected or unapproved results cannot be downloaded.

The Refunds policy governs cash-refund requests. Returned reserved credits are not a cash refund. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Waffo obligations prevail. Service interruptions, provider availability and safety review may prevent delivery; we do not create fictitious successful results or silently debit credits for rejected output.

6. Support and changes

Contact support@aidancevideos.com with your task/order ID and account email. Do not send passwords, private links or card details. Material changes are published with an updated date and do not retroactively expire purchased credits. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
