This policy applies to uploaded photos, descriptions, shot templates, generated frames, videos and service use. Only photos of yourself or consenting adults are accepted. No celebrities, public figures, minors, audio or video uploads. Photo + prompt generation creates new scenes; it does not reuse existing footage. Generation follows safety approval; credit purchases are currently paused.
All seven categories below are prohibited. Attempts, coded instructions, requests to bypass filters and claims of consent do not create an exception. Do not present AI-generated content as authentic footage or use it for fraud.
All adult sexual content is prohibited, even with consent or in fictional or AI-generated form. This includes nudity intended for sexual arousal, explicit anatomy, sexual acts, fetish content, erotic imagery and sexual services. There is no adult-content exception or age-verification exception.
Do not request or create graphic injury, bloodshed, mutilation, torture, cruelty, sexual violence, threats or glorification of violence. Terrorism, extremist recruitment, mass violence, weapons-making instructions and promotion of self-harm are prohibited. Fictional styling does not create an exception.
Content attacking, dehumanizing, threatening or encouraging discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics is prohibited. This includes racist or extremist propaganda, hateful symbols, slurs, genocide advocacy and coded attempts to evade these rules.
Any sexual depiction, sexualization, exploitation, grooming or abuse of minors, or characters who appear to be minors, is prohibited, including synthetic and fictional material. Content encouraging dangerous acts by children is also prohibited. This studio is for users aged 18 and over and adult subjects only.
Only upload a photo of yourself or an adult who gave explicit consent. Impersonating others, celebrities, public figures and minors is prohibited. Replacing faces into existing videos, voice imitation, fabricated endorsements and deceptive identity use are prohibited. All scenes must be generated from still images and prompts, never from existing footage. Outputs are labeled AI-generated and must not be presented as authentic recordings.
Creating, requesting, possessing for distribution or sharing intimate or sexualized imagery of someone without their explicit consent is prohibited. This includes fabricated intimate scenes, nudification, voyeurism, sexual harassment, sextortion and threats to distribute intimate imagery. Consent does not permit other sexual content banned above.
Do not request protected characters, logos, branded likenesses, pirated footage, copied music or other material without the necessary rights. Do not imply endorsement by a performer, brand or model provider. Our shot templates do not grant rights to third-party characters or music. Outputs are silent; adding unlicensed audio is prohibited.
Our server normalizes prompts and rejects sexual/NSFW, violent, hateful, child-unsafe and impersonation requests. External links and attempts to bypass safety are rejected. Photo uploads require recorded consent and are held privately for human age, public-figure and nudity review before any paid model call. First frames require human safety and identity-consistency review before animation; a differing face may be regenerated once within budget. Automated text filters are not a claim of universal semantic detection or automated age verification.
Completed model files are held in private storage. A human reviewer checks all seven prohibited categories, consent concerns and identity consistency and records approval before playback or download. Unsafe, misleading or inconsistent outputs are rejected and reserved credits returned. Outputs are visibly labeled AI-generated; all outputs carry our watermark. Provider safeguards do not replace review. There is no automatic release of raw model output.
Email support@aidancevideos.com with the task ID or page URL, a short description and your relationship to the affected person or rights. Reports are handled confidentially as far as the investigation and law allow, assessed objectively and not rejected solely because the reporter lacks an account. Do not attach illegal imagery involving minors, passwords, payment details or private reset links. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency authority.
Our manual support target is an initial response within 2 business days and an initial decision or progress update within 7 business days. Suspected child exploitation, intimate-image abuse, credible threats and other severe harm receive priority. Complex cases may require more time; we explain extensions and next steps. This mailbox is not an emergency service. We do not claim round-the-clock staffing or automatic age verification.
Blocked inputs do not reach the video provider. Unsafe outputs remain unavailable. During investigation we can withhold or remove affected media and pause generation. Confirmed violations may result in a warning, removal, service restrictions or termination of access after human review, depending on severity and recurrence. Serious or repeated abuse can result in permanent exclusion; illegal child exploitation, terrorism or other criminal conduct may be reported to competent authorities as required by law. Necessary evidence may be retained under legal obligations. We do not automatically grant cash refunds for removed content; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Request a human review of an input block or enforcement decision at support@aidancevideos.com. Include the decision/task reference and your explanation, without resubmitting prohibited material. We reassess the available evidence and explain the outcome. Deliberately false or abusive reports may lead to restrictions. Material policy changes will be published here with an updated date.
